As mentioned in The Sunday Times  ‘Style’ going up,  for all those at the  Taste of London festival  there was a refreshing way to cool down. After asking the public to come up with suggestions for a special Taste-flavoured ice-cream and receiving hundreds of recipes, a Mojito-flavoured ice cream has been chosen to be served up to the crowds at this year’s festival.

The winning recipe was acclaimed by London’s Mayor, Boris Johnson, who said; ‘London is the gastronomic capital of the world so I am not surprised that our native in,genuity has generated such a vast range of creative taste sensations. Congratulations to the winner for triumphing with the Mojito flavour which I am sure will go down a storm at this year’s Taste of London restaurant festival.’
