Moji-toddy
By Thomas Colombo, Bar Sixteen, Derby
Time to have a hot cocktail on the menu, and after a summer of Cosmopolitan, Caipirinhas, Mojitos, we didn’t resist to make a cozy version of a mojito, ladies and gentleman I introduce you the Mojito-ddy, an obvious cross between a Mojito and a Toddy.
Pretty simple to do, put in a tea-pot:
Mojito-ddy
1 teaspoon of honey
2 lime wedges
2 mint sprig
50 ml amber rum
Fill with hot water, about 150 ml max.
Let it infuse for a couple of minutes, then serve it in a tea cup.
