Mojito Description: The bartender did a wicked job with the drink, he did a mini moijito with Mount Gay rum, lots of mint, sugar and lime juice, serve in a Champagne glass and topped up with Champagne….. it was lush!!!!!

Cocktails tonight at the Cathedral Quarter Hotel, Derby, they made fab champagne mojito. 2 for 1 from 9 till 11pm. A definite 8, loses points as in my 2nd the champagne almost overpowered the other flavours
