Great mojito. Watched the barman ‘James’ make them. Each made individually, plenty of rum, not too much ice. Lovely crunch.  Pretty much …excellent! Best mojito of the night, by a mile!

Not the best mojito. Pretty tasteless, not much rum & no crunch. Apparently they have a spec to follow throughout the chain. Nice looking bar with good feel.
